The report "The New Governance of Regulatory Agencies" brings an overview of the event of the same name held by the Infrastructure and Energy Program on April 19th at CEBRI's headquarters, in Gávea. The event was attended by industry executives, CEBRI associates, lawyers and experts from the field.

In addition to the presentation by CEBRI's Infrastructure Group coordinator and member of the Board of Trustees, Vitor Hallack, the workshop featured a debate between the member of the Board of Trustees, Claudio Frischtak, the Executive President of ABDIB, Venilton Tadini, and the partner of Queiroz Maluf Advogados, Leticia Queiroz. The discussion was moderated by André Clark, Senior Fellow of CEBRI, President and CEO of Siemens in Brazil, and followed by a debate round with the event's participants.
