The report "The Escalation of Geopolitical Tensions in the World: Elements for a Brazilian Interpretation", prepared by Professor Ronaldo Carmona, examines rising global tensions and their implications for Brazil. Presented at the XXI Forte de Copacabana, it highlights the reorganization of power in the international system, the escalation of conflicts such as the war in Ukraine and the Middle East, and the importance of an independent strategic stance for Brazil in the current hegemonic transition.
