On the 27th of September, the Trustee of the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI), André Clark, was welcomed by the Deputy Commander of the Superior War School (ESG), Lieutenant General Adilson Carlos Katibe.
CEBRI and the ESG signed a partnership agreement to establish a cooperation agenda between the institutions. The think tank's Defense and International Security Program aims to contribute to the formulation of public policies in the area of international security, focusing on new threats and forms of war, Brazilian defense policy and strategy, the Amazon issue, the South Atlantic and cybersecurity.
During the meeting, which was also attended by CEBRI Senior Fellow and Professor at the Division of Geopolitics and International Relations at the ESG, Ronaldo Gomes Carmona, the work program of the think tank's Defense and International Security Program was presented.
The meeting was attended by the Director of Campus Rio, Rear Admiral Cassiano Marques, the Head of the Center for Strategic Studies-Marshal Cordeiro de Farias of the ESG, Rear Admiral Guilherme Mattos de Abreu, and the Head of the Education Department, Brigadier Helio Severino da Silva Filho.
