CEBRI welcomed Ambassador Carlos Sérgio Sobral Duarte, Secretary for Africa and the Middle East at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The institutional meeting at its headquarters in Rio de Janeiro intended to discuss the creation of an Africa Thematic Program and explore its potential to develop joint projects.

The delegation was welcomed by CEBRI's CEO, Julia Dias Leite, CEBRI's co-Founder Gelson Fonseca Jr., CEBRI’s Deputy Director of Projects, Lea Reichert, CEBRI’s Deputy Director of External Affairs, Pedro Vormitagg, and CEBRI’s Projects Coordinator, Gustavo Bezerra.
