Asia Program Has New Senior Fellow

The Asia Program of the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI) now features the valuable experience and contribution of Senior Fellow José Mário Antunes.

After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, José Mário obtained a specialization in Finance from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), an MBA in International Business from Indiana University, and an MPA in Chinese public policy from the Chinese university Tsinghua, considered the #1 university in Asia. In the most recent edition of the Chinese Economy Today course, organized by CEBRI in partnership with the Institute for Brazil-China Studies (IBRACH), José Mário Antunes, was the moderator of the lessons and debates.

After completing his MPA in China, José Mário structured the China Desk at the Bank of China subsidiary in Sao Paulo. He was also responsible for leading the operations of the National Transport Confederation (CNT) and APEX-Brazil in Beijing.
