The GIBSA Quadrilogue, an initiative by think tanks from Brazil, Germany, India, and South Africa, was established more than a decade ago to catalyze and enrich international dialogue and encourage cooperation on topics of regional relevance and international relations.
Its primary aim is to facilitate the exchange of ideas and pinpoint common interests in order to improve and strengthen global alliances. GIBSA holds annual meetings to discuss a range of topics, from democratic dimensions and multilateralism to international security, climate change, energy policies, and international finance and trade policies.
