Trustee at CEBRI and CEO of Viveo. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Siemens Energy for Latin America, Vice President of Siemens Energy Brazil, Onshore CEO of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy for Latin America, and Managing Director of Siemens Gamesa in Brazil. He had also previously served as President and CEO of Siemens Brazil, as well as CEO of ACCIONA for Brazil, Bolivia, Uruguay, and Paraguay.

Born in São Paulo, André began his career in the pulp and paper industry in 1995. With 17 years of experience across the Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Infrastructure sectors, he holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of São Paulo and an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Actively engaged in the leadership of business associations and organizations across multiple sectors, André participates in some of Brazil’s most important national discussions. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Brazilian Infrastructure and Basic Industries Association; Vice President of the Plenary Board of the Brazilian Machinery Builders’ Association; Member of the Business Council of the BRICS Economic Group; Member of the Leaders’ Committee of the National Confederation of Industry and of the Business Mobilization for Innovation Leaders’ Committee (CNI/MEI); Member of the Board of Trustees and Senior Fellow of the Infrastructure Center at CEBRI; Member of the Advisory Board of the GRI Club Brasil; Member of the Higher Council of the International Chamber of Commerce; Member of the Leaders Council of the Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development; and Member of the Innovation Board of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo.
