On December 11, 2024, the Institute of the Americas (IOA) and CEBRI held a conference on regional energy integration in South America, supported by Siemens Energy, Integra Capital, Origem, and ERM. The event discussed opportunities and challenges for fostering regional energy cooperation, emphasizing the need to harness renewable energy sources and natural gas, optimize infrastructure, and promote sector investments.
