In July 2008, CEBRI Trustee Emeritus Roberto Teixeira da Costa outlined ten points that would be decisive for the performance of Brazilian foreign policy between 2008 and 2018. According to him, Mercosur is certainly one of the most relevant issues for the country, which is why the Trustee Emeritus chose to address it in this edition of CEBRI Texts: "Challenges of Foreign Policy".
