There is no doubt that North Korea has just carried out another nuclear detonation, making it the fourth recorded detonation in a series of recent tests. Like the previous ones, it took place underground and close to the country's borders with China. The question that remains is whether what was tested was an atomic bomb like the previous ones or whether it was a hydrogen bomb (a thermonuclear device), as Pyongyang claims.
