Since mid-2025, Osorio has been a member of the Operational Committee, the body responsible for the institution’s management, where he has participated particularly actively in strategic discussions and in efforts to strengthen the Center institutionally. His contribution has been especially significant in the fundraising agenda, having played a decisive role in securing resources for the construction of the new headquarters.
This position on the Operational Committee was previously held by Tomas Zinner, who had been a member of this body since CEBRI’s founding and concluded his tenure in December of last year, after making a highly significant contribution to the Center’s institutional consolidation.
As Vice-Chairman, Osorio will serve alongside Ambassador José Alfredo Graça Lima and Luiz Ildefonso Simões Lopes, working in close collaboration with José Pio Borges, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, to further strengthen and advance CEBRI’s development.
We are confident that his experience, strategic vision, and commitment to the institution will be of great value in this new phase.
