CEBRI's Ordinary General Assembly Elects Board of Trustees for the 2025–2027 Term

On Tuesday, November 28, CEBRI held its Ordinary General Assembly (OGA), during which it elected its Board of Trustees and approved the 2024 financial statements, audited by the independent consultancy PwC. Current Chairman of the Board of Trustees José Pio Borges was re-elected for the 2025–2027 term, along with Vice-Chairman José Alfredo Graça Lima and Luiz Ildefonso Simões Lopes.

The OGA also elected five new members to the Board of Trustees: Atila Roque, Regional Director of the Ford Foundation Brazil; Haakon Lorentzen, Chairman of Lorinvest and CEO of Lorentzen Empreendimentos; Jackson Schneider, Chair of the Foreign Trade and International Relations Council at FIESP; Ronaldo Cezar Coelho, Manager of the Samambaia Master Equity Investment Fund; and Tatiana Rosito, Ambassador and Secretary for International Affairs at the Ministry of Finance.

They join the current Board of Trustees: Amanda Klabin, Ana Toni, André Clark, André Corrêa do Lago, André Lara Resende, Armando Mariante, Arminio Fraga, Demétrio Magnoli, Edmar Bacha, Francisco Müssnich, Henrique Rzezinski, Ilona Szabó, Joaquim Falcão, José Aldo Rebelo, Luiz Eduardo Osório, Márcia Loureiro, Marcos Galvão, Marcos Jank, Maria Luiza Viotti, Paulo Hartung, Pedro Henrique Mariani, Raul Jungmann, Renato Galvão Flores, Roberto Abdenur, Ronaldo Veirano, Tomas Zinner, and Vitor Hallack.
