Victor do Prado has become a member of CEBRI's International Advisory Board. He is the former Director of the Council and of the Trade Negotiations Committee of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
A specialist in the International Trade and Global Economy Program, Victor was responsible for the conception and leadership of the course "Brazil's Foreign Trade Policy: from GATT to WTO (1945-2022)", alongside Ambassador José Alfredo Graça Lima, Vice-President of CEBRI's Board of Trustees.
For almost 20 years, he was a member of the World Trade Organization, where he also served as Chairman of the Subsidies Committee. He was a career diplomat at the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is currently a professor of Fundamentals of Economic Diplomacy at the Paris School of International Affairs at Sciences Po, one of the world's top schools of political science.
