On Wednesday (9/21), CEBRI launched the third issue of its CEBRI-Journal via a webinar. The publication is dedicated entirely to the War in Ukraine and its implications for international security. Participants of this webinar included: José Pio Borges, Chairman of CEBRI’s Board of Trustees; Celso Lafer, Founder of CEBRI; Marcos Azambuja, Trustee Emeritus at CEBRI; Feliciano de Sá Guimarães, Editor-in-Chief of CEBRI-Journal, Academic Director at CEBRI, and Professor at the Institute of International Relations at the University of São Paulo (IRI-USP); Hussein Kalout, Editor-in-Chief of CEBRI-Journal and Harvard Researcher, and Fernanda Cimini, Senior Researcher at CEBRI and Professor in the Economics Department at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG).
The third issue of CEBRI-Journal features articles on: how Russia’s historical formation set the country’s relationship with Europe to be permanently strained; the Brazilian Armed Forces’ perspective on the war; multidimensional security; a book review concerning Brazil’s role in the global nuclear order, among other new and exclusive works.
