A hybrid event at Insper’s São Paulo headquarters presented the policy paper "Public policies for a competitive and sustainable insertion of Brazilian agribusiness in the world," a partnership between CEBRI's Agribusiness Program and Insper Agro Global, and coordinated by Marcos Jank, Member of CEBRI’s International Advisory Board and Coordinator of Insper Agro Global. Launched this Thursday (6/23), this paper marks the beginning of a long series of policy papers that CEBRI will publish over the coming months with foreign policy recommendations for the country.
CEBRI's Academic Director and professor at Institute for International Relations at the University of São Paulo (IRI-USP), Feliciano de Sá Guimarães, was the moderator of the first panel. He was joined by Marcos Jank and Paulo Hartung, Executive of the Brazilian Tree Industry (Ibá) and Trustee at CEBRI; Fernando Queiroz, CEO of Minerva Foods; José Roberto Mendonça de Barros, economist and Partner at MB Associados, and Teresa Cristina Vendramini, President of the Brazilian Rural Society (SRB).
