The 2nd issue of CEBRI-Journal is available now

The Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI) launched this Wednesday, June 15th, the 2nd edition of CEBRI-Journal, which has as its central theme "USA-China: rivalry and competition in the global order". To read it in full, click here.

This issue features articles by: Ignacio Ybáñez, Ambassador of the European Union to Brazil; Marcos Caramuru, Member of CEBRI’s International Advisory Board and former Ambassador of Brazil in China; Hussein Kalout, Editor-in-Chief of CEBRI-Journal and Member of CEBRI’s International Advisory Board; Daniela Campello, CEBRI's Senior Researcher, professor at EBAPE/FGV and resident researcher at the Wilson Center; Kishore Mahbubani, author of the acclaimed book "HAS CHINA WON?"; Esteban Actis, professor and researcher at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario; Lunting Wu, researcher at the Free University of Berlin; and Paula Almeida, professor at FGV.

This issue also includes a review by Ambassador Gelson Fonseca of the book On the Road to War (2020) by Graham Allison; and interviews with Raul Jungmann, former Minister of Public Security and Defense, and Félix E. Martín, professor at Florida International University. The editorial is signed by Feliciano de Sá Guimarães, Editor-in-Chief of CEBRI-Journal and CEBRI's Academic Director.
