Held after COP30, the event “COP 30: Assessment and Legacy of Belém for Climate Action” offers a moment of reflection and assessment of the results, lessons learned, and geopolitical implications for the Brazilian and global climate agenda. The initiative will promote a qualified dialogue between experts, diplomats, representatives of the private sector, academics, and journalists.
The event also marks the end of the course “COP in Focus: Strategies for Action at COPs for Subnational Entities and the Private Sector” and celebrates the launch of the 15th edition of CEBRI-revista, dedicated to the analysis of “COP30 and the New Geopolitics of Climate.” Thus, the initiative seeks to integrate the knowledge produced throughout the course and during COP30 with the analyses and perspectives presented in the magazine.
