This event will launch the Defense and International Security Program’s Policy Paper “Global Geopolitical Tensions and the Challenges of Strengthening Defense and National Security: preliminary comments”. This paper gathers the main reflections made by the Program in recent years. Furthermore, it lists challenges Brazil must address on the global stage and makes recommendations to strengthen defense and national security.
