Perspectives and Challenges for Brazilian Agribusiness in 2022

December 16th, 2021

In 2022, the fight against illegal deforestation, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by agriculture and cattle-raising, greater engagement in the global climate agenda and the strengthening of dialogue and communication efforts of the country abroad will be a central part of the sector's strategic agenda. Also of concern are the pressures of increased global protectionism related to food sovereignty policies in the post-pandemic period and the increase in sanitary, technical and bureaucratic barriers that impede the access of our products to the world market.
