On December 11, CEBRI promoted the seminar “Similarities and Differences Between Two Transitional Governments”. Duuring the event, the book “Quixote no Planalto – rescuing dignity in adverse times” by Minister Marcílio Marques Moreira was launched, which brought his experience during the Collor administration period into the debate. Armínio Fraga and Pedro Malan, CEBRI Trustees, also participated in the discourse.
