Israel's relationship with the United States and Brazil was the topic of the roundtable held by CEBRI in partnership with Columbia Global Centers on December 10th. The event was attended by the US Ambassador to Israel during the Obama administration, Daniel B. Shapiro, who spoke about the current Israeli political landscape and the challenges facing so many elections.
The debate also addressed China's role in international relations with Israel, the current US political landscape and the Palestinian issue. Also participating in the event were CEBRI Trustee, Ambassador Marcos Azambuja; Columbia Global Center Director Thomas Trebat; and the CEBRI's Academic and Project Coordinator Monique Sochaczewski.
