The current difficulties in the International Human Rights System were the subject of the debate at the roundtable held by CEBRI on November 21st. The event was moderated by CEBRI Trustee, Ambassador Gelson Fonseca Jr., and counted with a presentation by Ambassador José Augusto Lindgren Alves, who worked on the topic in several capacities with the UN, Mercosur and the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
