In the context of tension between the United States and Iran, CEBRI began its 2020 activities with a roundtable on the origins of the conflict and the implications for Brazil and the world. Present at the event were Henrique Rzezinski, CEBRI Trustee responsible for the US Program; Najad Khouri, Economist on the Middle East; Fábio Figueira, lawyer responsible for the Middle East and North Africa at Veirano Advogados; and Leila Sterenberg, journalist specialized in International Relations.
