Carajás Roundtable 2026

From July 6 to 8, leaders, experts, and decision makers gathered in Pará for the Carajás Roundtable. Organized by CEBRI and Vale, the event brought participants together for three days of discussions and technical visits, including experiences at the BioPark and the Autonomous Truck Mine.

Now in its second edition, the initiative returned with an even deeper focus on the critical issues shaping the future of the mining sector, including:

  • Geopolitics: the impact of international relations and supply chain security;
  • Decarbonization: goals and solutions for the energy transition;
  • Critical Minerals: their strategic role in the global economy;
  • The Future of Mining: innovation, technology, and sustainability.
