Biography Denise Nogueira Gregory

Senior Fellow at the Brazilian Center of International Relations (CEBRI). Professor at the International Relations Institute of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and Foreign Trade analyst. She was Director of Cooperation for Development at the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), Executive Director of CEBRI, Director of Institutional Relations at Investe Brasil and Head of Office of The Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES).

In Brasilia, she held the positions of Special Advisor to the Executive Secretariat of the Chamber of Foreign Trade (CAMEX), Director of Foreign Trade Policies of the Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX) of the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, and coordinator of international and environmental issues of the Ministry of Mines and Energy, and SIDERBRAS.

She was a Professor at the University of Brasilia (UNB) and the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). She received an MBA from the Union College of New York and a Master in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
