Senior Fellow at the Brazilian Center of International Relations (CEBRI). Professor at Sao Paulo School of Business Administration of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV/EAESP). He obtained both his PhD and Master's in Political Science from the University of Sao Paulo (USP) and another Master's in International Relations from the State University of Campinas. He researches topics related to Brazilian foreign policy, Latin American politics and the rise of the far-right in Brazil and in the world. He has been a Visiting Fellow at Tel Aviv University, Israel, Brandeis University and the University of Michigan, USA.
