Marcella Campos is a Senior Fellow at the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI), focusing on strategy, organizational transformation, and artificial intelligence. She previously held a leadership role in strategy and transformation at McKinsey & Company, advising executives at major corporations on growth, technology, and transformation, with experience in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Earlier in her career, she spent four years at the Ministry of Finance as an advisor to ministers and three years at Petrobras as an advisor to the CEO. Her background combines experience in public policy formulation, corporate governance, and strategic decision-making within large-scale organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in International Politics and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília (UnB), and has completed executive training in clean energy solutions at MIT. Her interests include the adoption of artificial intelligence by organizations, productivity, competitiveness, and the relationship between technology, infrastructure, and economic development.
