Senior Fellow at the Brazilian Center of International Relations (CEBRI). Francisco Gaetani holds a PhD in Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is a Professor at EBAPE/FGV. He was executive secretary of the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, and director of the National School of Public Administration (ENAP). He is a member of the initiative Uma Concertação pela Amazônia and fellow at the Arapyaú Institute.
