Philipe Joubert is the Founder and Chair of Earth on Board, an initiative dedicated to raising awareness and assisting corporate boards in integrating sustainability into their strategic decision-making. He also serves as Chair of The Prince of Wales’s Corporate Leaders Group on Climate Change and as Senior Advisor and Special Envoy for Energy & Climate at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).

Joubert holds leadership roles in several prominent sustainability organizations, including as Chair and Advisory Board Member of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), where he supports research and policy initiatives. Additionally, he is a Senior Advisor for International Development at the World Energy Council (WEC) and provides strategic counsel to governments and global CEOs on sustainable development, serving on multiple advisory boards.

Previously, Joubert was President of Alstom Power and Deputy CEO of Alstom Group, bringing extensive executive experience in energy and industrial leadership.
