Some statements by Ministers Joaquim Levy (Economy), Armando Monteiro (Development), Kátia Abreu (Agriculture) and Mauro Vieira (Foreign Affairs) about the importance of greater involvement of the country in international trade are encouraging. These words are important not only because they indicate an intention to put more impetus in our export efforts, but, above all, because they make clear the intention to seek changes in our own foreign trade policy.
