On October 27, the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI) welcomed the Governor of Goiás, Ronaldo Caiado, to its new headquarters.
During the meeting, the governor presented the progress achieved by the state administration, highlighting initiatives in public management and economic development. Caiado also shared his perspective on national public policies and the outlook for the 2026 presidential elections.
The state of Goiás has been working to strengthen international partnerships aimed at attracting investments in renewable energy, mining, and sustainable agribusiness, as well as building closer ties with multilateral organizations and foreign diplomatic missions in Brazil.
Goiás was the first Brazilian state to become an associate member of CEBRI, underscoring the importance of cooperation between the public sector and strategic think tanks in the pursuit of innovative solutions for Brazil’s regional development—through the diversification of partnerships, alignment with global agendas, and innovation as a diplomatic asset.
