The ninth edition of CEBRI-Journal features contributions from leading experts presenting a review of Brazilian foreign policy in the first year of the Lula administration. In addition to the editors, Hussein Kalout (CEBRI's International Advisor) and Feliciano de Sá Guimarães (CEBRI's Academic Director), the launch will be attended by the renowned ambassador Rubens Ricupero and the magazine's associate editors, Roberta Holanda Maschietto (University of Coimbra), author of the From the Editors piece, and Marianna Albuquerque (Rio de Janeiro Federal University), one of the authors of the Special Section.
