Speaking alongside Armando Mariante, Trustee at the Brazilian Center for International Relations and former Vice-President of the BNDES (2006-2011), Besserman discussed the already visible impacts of climate change on people and ecosystems in various parts of the world, as well as the magnitude of future risks if effective measures are not taken to combat the climate crisis.
