This event will aim to encourage joint reflection regarding challenges experienced by both countries and possible cooperation opportunities that create trade and investment opportunities for U.S. and Brazilian companies. We expect issues such as bilateral trade between Brazil and the United States, the U.S. industrial and technological policies, investment in Brazil, and both countries' trade relations with China to be addressed during the debate. The panel is part of the International Trade thematic axis of the project "America in the World", a partnership between CEBRI and the U.S. Consulate General that looks at relevant issues in Brazil and U.S. foreign policies and at how both countries can cooperate while aiming to spread information on these topics to the wider public.
