On November 24, CEBRI's Infrastructure Program held the debate "The Infrastructure Sector in Brazil: Actors, Business Environment, Financing and Investment Governance". The event was attended by sector executives, CEBRI members, economists, lawyers and specialists. In addition to a presentation regarding the Program, conducted by its coordinator and member of the CEBRI Board of Trustees, Vitor Hallack, the seminar featured two additional discussion panels.

The first panel was moderated by André Clark, CEBRI Senior Fellow and Siemens CEO, and featured a presentation by Claudio Frischtak, CEBRI Trustee and President of Inter B, who spoke about the challenges and opportunities for the infrastructure sector in Brazil. The second panel was moderated by Senior Fellow at CEBRI and founding partner of Catavento Consultoria, Clarissa Lins, and had presentations by Otavio Castelo Branco, from Patria Investimentos, and Luiz Ricardo Renha, from Brookfield.
