The event was opened by Senior Fellow Clarissa Lins, who introduced CEBRI's Energy Program to the public. The panel also included contributions from Patrick Pouyanné, president of Total, David Zylbersztajn, from DZ Negócios com Energia, and Izabella Teixeira, Board Member of CEBRI.
