At the event, Bolívar Lamounier emphasized the need to reduce income inequalities in order to achieve true democracy. He also spoke about the country's current political crisis, which he classified as one of the worst in history. According to the sociologist, all sectors and social actors are trying to find a way out, but they cannot move forward.
