The event was attended by the representative of the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES), Eduardo Costa, the representative of BR Infra Group, Marcelo Allain, the representative of Concremat Engenharia e Tecnologia, Mauro Viegas Neto, and the Senior Fellow of CEBRI, Clarissa Lins, who moderated the debate.
