The CEBRI–AWS Project on Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation, organized by the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI) in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and institutional support of PUC-Rio, attempt to foster dialogue and knowledge production on the role of artificial intelligence in Brazil’s productive development, with a focus on practical applications, digital infrastructure, and the strengthening of national capabilities.
As part of this initiative, CEBRI convenes an in-person workshop gathering representatives from the public and private sectors, academia, and civil society to reflect on the challenges and opportunities surrounding the adoption of AI in Brazil. The workshop will explore pathways to enhance competitiveness, accelerate productive transformation, and strengthen the conditions required for the large-scale deployment of AI technologies across the country.
