Going beyond the strategic partnership and trade relations between Brazil and European countries or the EU, the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine and the associated crises show how important it is to pay attention to the strategic issues that surround Brazil’s partnership with Europe and to explore opportunities to increase cooperation in energy, infrastructure, technology and health in furtherance of economic growth.
