The course "China Today - Anna Jaguaribe Program" is the eighth edition of the Training Program convened by CEBRI and the Institute for Brazil-China Studies (IBRACH), in partnership with the School of Public Policy and Management of Tsinghua University, number one in China and one of the world’s leading universities.
The Program’s name is a tribute to Anna Jaguaribe as one of Brazil’s most important China specialists. Jaguaribe, who was a sociologist, served as a Trustee at CEBRI and Director of IBRACH. She was the Program’s creator and coordinated seven editions of the course, which have contributed to a better understanding of China's role in global geopolitics and increased the possibilities for Brazil-China cooperation.
The course is an opportunity to hear about China from renowned Chinese experts who influence the formulation of the country’s policy strategies, in an exclusive environment dedicated to deepening and exchanging knowledge with a qualified audience.
