CEBRI and BRF meet to strengthen partnership

CEBRI and BRF met on Tuesday (9th), in São Paulo, to discuss agendas for strengthening their partnership.

A CEBRI member since 2017, BRF was co-leader of the project "Brazilian Agribusiness and the post-covid-19 world," linked to the Agro and Asia Programs. The project involved four webinars: "Sustainability and Brazilian Agribusiness: myths and opportunities", "What to expect from Brazil-China trade in the next 15 years", "Prospects for the Brazil-China strategic partnership in agribusiness", and "Overview of Global Production Chains and Brazilian Agribusiness", with the aim of fostering national debates regarding agribusiness production chains. Totaling over 3,000 participants online, the debates were widely reported in the press.

The meeting was attended by Helena Araújo, BRF's Executive Manager of Institutional and Governmental Relations; Guilherme Bez Marques, BRF's Global Corporate Affairs; Gustavo Camargo, BRF's Global Corporate Affairs; Luciana Gama Muniz, CEBRI's Director of Projects; and Lucas Dib, CEBRI's Director of External Relations, Fundraising, Communications, and Events.
